Create the Microsoft Account
You must have a valid Microsoft user account with an appropriate email address.
Follow the link to check an offer in the Microsoft Store. Or send your Microsoft account email to contact@mavenmule.com and we will provide you with a temporary subscription ID. You would need it during the setup process.
Check your Maven Documents License
To create and generate Microsoft Document Templates, you need to have a Maven Documents Enterprise license. You can contact us via contact@mavenmule.com to make the needed license upgrade.
Configure the Maven Headless Settings
Use the following instructions to configure the Maven Headless Settings in Setup Assistant.
Create Document Template
After you finish Headless Settings, you can now build, for example, a Microsoft DOCX Document Template record on Salesforce:

Move data from Google file formats to Microsoft file formats
Now you can migrate data from the corresponding Google template document to Microsoft template document. We recommend you build the file from scratch by reproducing the content of Google templates.
Although you copy-paste the information from Google files to the Microsoft files or save the Google document with Microsoft file resolution, we still recommend you move data manually to avoid any unexpected issues during the generation process.

Upload or connect the file to the Document Template
After you finish with the Microsoft template document, you need to upload or connect it to the corresponding Document Template record on Salesforce.
