In the new release, we are adding some new elements to the feature roster and broadening the abilities of Maven Documents when using Microsoft Excel.

The element allows you to take elements from another template or the template itself and use them to build a new unique document.
And here is another new element. This one acts similarly to the Table Row and Table Column elements from Google Docs and MS Word Template Builder. But the Row and Column elements are even more powerful. They can not only remove rows or columns but also hide them. Just like the standard Excel hide row/column functionality works.
Just like you can do it in Google Sheets, you can now use Excel formulas with fields from Template Builder. Build expressions by combining these two elements and get some results.
In order to avoid issues with document generation, once you've upgraded the application, go to the existing Document Solutions and Save the query in Query Builder tab of each solution.
