Build the multilingual documents with the help of the new Template Labels Object. Use it to translate merge fields content, parts of the text, picklist values and more.
Organize the generation process in more details with defining the end point for the generated documents. Use the Folder Path field on a Document Template to store documents you generate in the place on Drive you want them to be.
Collect more data about the generated DOCX files with the new Page Count Generate and Page Count Manage fields on a Document Request record. Values in those fields show the number of pages in the document, created with the respective Document Request.
Keep in mind, that if you are using online Microsoft documents in Document Templates, after the upgrade you would need to upload them one more time using the Template Builder Add-in.
In the current version, the Template Document Id field is populated with the actual ID of the document when previously, you would find the URL of the uploaded file there.
So to keep it safe and be sure that generation process will go without any issues, just re-upload the needed file, so the fields are populated with proper values.
