Navigate to the "Service Desk Portal" page.
If you are an Atllasian user, you can login with your credentials. Otherwise, undergo the registration process.
Select the "Maven Mule Product Support" bar.

There you'll find the list of available actions:

Let's say you would like to suggest an improvement. Select the respective category and fill in the proposed form.

After you finished, click Send.
This will create the corresponding ticket in our system and the support agent will contact you.
